The Role: 
We’re seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join the APAC Account Management team. In this role, you will:

• Manage enterprise-level relationships across multiple industries, including government, technology, and finance.
• Serve as a trusted partner for customers, driving service renewals and expansions.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally to drive innovation and service improvements.
• Provide expert insights into the cybercrime threat landscape.
• Own the renewal and upsell process to ensure mutual success.

• Proven experience in account management or a similar role, with a track record of fostering strong, sustainable relationships.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience working with Australian Federal Government stakeholders and eligibility for Baseline Australian security clearance.
• A background or keen interest in cybercrime or internet security.
