About the role
This is an outstanding career opportunity for an experienced Industrial Equipment Hire sales professional to assist them with growing and developing their Victorian operations with a view to opening a new Branch to be based in Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs.

In this dynamic, fast paced and challenging role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities throughout Victoria. Once sales are at a consistent level, they would then look to you to staff and manage a branch making sure that all facets of managing a branch are adhered to completely and successfully. This will include being out in front of customers identifying and securing new business opportunities continuously.

Skills & experience
So that you yourself are able to make the transition smoothly, you will possess the following key attributes:

• Previous industrial equipment hire sales experience
• A thorough understanding of the equipment hire industry here in Victoria
• The ability to coach, mentor and develop people
• A proven track record of achievement in business development
• The ability to coach, mentor and develop people
• Experience with forecasting and other financial matters surrounding the running of a Branch
• Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
