A large not for profit are seeking two enthusiastic and reliable Admin Support Staff
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a busy rostering phone line, assisting with client and staff interactions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The successful candidates will play a key part in supporting our aged care services, responding to client feedback, and helping deliver quality care to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy phone line: Answer calls from both aged care clients and staff, ensuring smooth communication.
- Complete daily alert calls: Make proactive calls to clients as part of our daily service checks.
- Client feedback management: Seek, gather, and respond to feedback from clients to support our direct care workforce.
- Handle escalated issues: Address and resolve escalated feedback and queries to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Support quality service delivery: Work closely with our team to support the needs of clients and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to manage phone lines and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the aged care sector, is desirable.
