Digital Performance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring clear, proactive, and strategic communication.
  • Lead client presentations, campaign reviews, and strategy discussions, delivering actionable insights and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates, addressing challenges, and aligning expectations.

Media Planning & Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the media buying team to develop and refine paid advertising strategies across channels, including Google Ads, YouTube, Meta and TikTok.
  • Act as a conduit between clients and the media buying team to ensure campaign strategies align with business objectives.
  • Oversee the progress of campaigns, providing feedback and recommendations for optimisation based on performance data.
  • Ensure cross-channel integration for a cohesive and impactful approach to performance and branding.

Team and Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Communicate project deliverables, timelines, and expectations clearly to both clients and internal teams.
  • Facilitate collaboration between clients, media buyers, and creative teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution.
  • Actively identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance and grow client portfolios.

Performance Analysis and Reporting o Analyse campaign performance metrics to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations. o Craft detailed reports that articulate campaign results, identify key trends and inform future strategies. o Collaborate with analytics teams to refine reporting processes and ensure a clear understanding of ROI and attribution principles.

KPI (Competency Framework):
  • Achieving and exceeding performance (CPA/CPL) and brand campaign targets.
  • High client satisfaction through effective communication and measurable results.
  • Timely delivery of campaign strategies, updates, and reports.
  • Efficient coordination with the media buying team to maximise campaign success.


Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of digital experience in an agency environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to build relationships, manage client expectations, and articulate campaign strategies and results effectively.
  • Experience with key paid digital channels, including Search, YouTube, META and TikTok. (essential)
  • Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and delivering results. • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio) and an understanding of key performance metrics.


Desired Experience:
  • Background in programmatic advertising and holistic media planning.
  • Collaborative experience with external partners such as Google, META and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with attribution modelling and advanced reporting techniques.
  • Certifications in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or TikTok Ads.
