The Role:
This firm is seeking a motivated Intermediate Accountant to join their growing team. You will work on larger and more complex clients, specifically focusing on business advisory services. This role is suitable for accountants from smaller practices wanting to expand their knowledge, or accountants from larger firms that are seeking more work-life balance. With a structured 12-month development program, this role provides the opportunity to fast-track your career progression to a Senior Accountant.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Australian public practice firm, specifically within a Business Services team.
- Commenced CA/CPA qualifications.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with larger, complex clients and delivering high-quality advisory services.
