Currently working with a Top Tier Plaintiff Personal Injury who cover the full spectrum of Compensation claims including Medical Negligence, MVA, Public Liability, Workers Compensation, Superannuation, Travel etc.
The firm has multiple offices across NSW and have numerous Lawyers who are accredited specialists within their respected area of Personal Injury Law.
The Managing Partner is currently looking for an experienced Plaintiff PI Lawyer with at least 2Years+ PAE, to work on a variety of matters including workers compensation, work injury damages, public liability and a small number of TPD, MVA & CTP claims.
The breadth of this role is very appealing and doesn't just limit the right candidate to one specific area of PI Law.
Requirements:
- 2Yr+ PAE Plaintiff Personal Injury Lawyer with experience in just one of these areas - Workers Compensation or Public Liability or TPD claims.
- Ability to manage a carriage of between 100 - 150 files.
- Strong advocacy and drafting skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- A meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborative approach.
