Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Identify key decision-makers within potential clients in the mid-market segment and present tailored logistics solutions.
- Discover business opportunities, analyze customer needs, and develop strategic sales plans to align with company goals.
- Oversee and grow an assigned sales territory with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
- Promote and sell services across air freight, sea freight, rail freight, and project logistics.
- Acquire new clients while supporting and advising existing customers both remotely and in person.
- Collaborate with internal operational teams to seamlessly implement new business.
- Regularly coordinate with branch and sales leadership to align goals and strategies.
- Independently prepare and calculate compelling proposals using CRM tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities within the CRM system.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Professional experience in air and sea freight, with market knowledge in the logistics sector.
- Proven sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry, ideally in field sales.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a solution-oriented approach.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
