About the Role
In this role, you will lead a small team of engineers to design, develop, and maintain a cutting-edge platform that has already facilitated millions in donations and thousands of volunteer hours. You’ll collaborate across teams, oversee infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and performance optimisation, and work towards ISO27001 accreditation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of three engineers.
- Design and maintain front-end and back-end systems using .Net, React, NextJS, C#, and TypeScript.
- Manage infrastructure on Kubernetes and AWS.
- Oversee release management, ensuring smooth deployment and rollbacks.
- Drive performance optimization and address system bottlenecks.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the platform.
- Contribute to creating scalable and secure solutions that empower businesses to support charities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in Full Stack Development and team leadership.
- Deep understanding of Domain-Driven Design, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills.
