Who is Kristine Rosales?

I am many things to many people but at the end of my life, I want to be remembered for being a good mum, a caring daughter, a lovable sister, and a loyal friend.

What led you to work in recruitment?

I love working in an environment where no day is the same, where every day there is a new challenge and where I am learning something new every day. I am excited by the idea of being able to make positive changes to people’s lives and be part of their journey.

What attracted you to working at Morgan?

The people at Morgan. The company culture. The work life balance.

What is your expertise at Morgan?

My main specialty is on sales and business support roles. Coming from a history of sales in tourism and real estate in my past work life, I have experience being on the other side of recruitment. I understand what it takes to be in these types of roles and what a client is looking for.

What roles do you typically recruit into?

My network is in Sales and Business Development from Sales support and customer service to Senior roles. I work with all types of businesses to find the right fit for their organisation.

What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about sunrises, sunsets, the moon and sunflowers.

Friendly. Approachable. Bubbly.

Who and what inspires you?

My parents inspire me. They packed up and left all they’d ever known for an opportunity to live a more comfortable life in a country that was foreign to them in so many ways. They have been through a lot in their nearly four decades together, and they continue to love and are

always there for me and my kids.

What are you listening to, reading and/or watching right now?

Listening to La Fama by Rosalia and the Weekend.

What is something many people don't know about you?

I have a passion for dance! Salsa and Bachata.

What is your superpower and why?

Resilience and being able to bounce back. I think this is something that has helped me along in life and especially in my career.

At the end of 2025, what would you like to have learned?

I want to have learned how to surf.
